PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
1, Eprok Grout & Seal is a two component epoxy, quick curing ceramic tile grout. Using German technique a unique plastic bottle with mixing outlet. The two components will mix together for reaction and solidifacation after pressure is applied to the glue gun.
2,Features:Waterproof,flexible,durable, mildew & mold proof, acid & alkali resistant, oil resistant, easy clean & low maintenance.
3, Fresh, colourful, elegant & luxurious.
4, Simple application using a glue gun can fill with no shrinkage, no collapse. Apply to vertical walls.
5, Its 100% solid content, zero VOC, non toxic materials that can be cured under low temperature.
6, Has the best QUV resistant materials. It shows excellent tenacity, anti humidity, anti corrosion properties with strong bonding to wood, ceramics, steel, concrete, glass, acrylic sheet etc.

CONSTRUCTION INSTRUCTIONS

1,Position tube in applicator & remove bottle cap, gently squeeze trigger to see material exiting both sides of the tube.

2,Screw tight the mixer nozzle & force the materials down the nozzle.

3,Discard the first 30cm from the nozzle to ensure mixing.

4,Inject the grout into the spacings to slightly overfill the joint.

5,Use seam tools to smooth and profile the the grout lines.

6,Allow 16-24 hours to dry.

7,Use suitable scrapper to lift, peel, scrape the excess grout from the tile face edge.

CAUTIONS

1, Ensure the application area is clean and dry.

2, A minimum depth of 4-5mm is required to form structure.

3, To avoid mixing unevenly the nozzle tip should be replaced if the gun is left idol for longer than 10 minutes.

4, The grout will not set if the tile gaps are wet.

5, Porous and textured surfaces should only use the masking tape method.

WARNINGS

•Suggested construction conditions: Temp 5°C-35°C. Humidity under 75%.

•In order to avoid allergic reaction use mask and gloves.

•Keep out of reach of children.

•Waste disposal should comply with local environmental protection requirements.

Notes

Epoxy tile grout is a lot thicker than silicone, the nozzle is also narrower, is a lot more resistance to silicone when gunning, a tip might be to place the tube into a bucket of hot tap water 5 minutes prior to use, warmed the grout will flow much easier.
