Return Policy: Your legal rights
When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Should your goods arrive in a faulty or damaged , unusable condition ,please contact us via one of our contact methods where we will endevour to resolve the problem immediately.

If for any reason you are not
We also allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind or bought by mistake,over ordered etc. Please return the unused goods to us within 30 days and we will offer you an exchange or a credit refund.
We do not charge restocking fees on such resalable returns but please understand we can not cover the cost of original postage or return postage within any refund on items purchased in error.

WHAT IS THE RETURN PERIOD?
The Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE REFUND?
Once we receive the item(s), and the item(s) have fulfilled our returns conditions, we will process your refund immediately normally within one working day , however it can take up to seven days for the refund payment to process & complete .
Please remember that refunds of payments made with a credit or debit card will depend on your bank or building society, so this may take a further few days to show on your account.
If the items do not fulfil the returns conditions, a refund will not be issued.
In such a case, the cost of replacement re-packaging or cleaning cost will be deducted from the refund or you will have to pay for the shipping cost to return the item back to you. We will notify you via email of the situation.
WHO PAYS THE RETURN SHIPPING COST?
Please note that our prices are extremely competitive to start with, it is our company policy not to pay for return postage costs unless the goods are genuinely faulty .
